The location is magnificent and beautiful, it's short walk to the waters edge, the harbour with lovely views of the boats and the Working Boat pub below. The classic queen room is high-class and has a balcony, a lounge area, and some excellent tea.

The location of the hotel in Falmouth is stunning, close enough to the Working Boat pub below, wonderful view from restaurant and Falmouth center which is pleasant town to stroll around and which has plenty of eating establishments with a variety of good foods.

I stayed here for 1 day and would stay there again. By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Falmouth, had much fun and met always pleasant stuff on shift. Continental breakfasts with espresso drinks and the infamous Greenbank views, for instance was savoury. The great and beautiful location was right next to Jam.
